Renfrewshire Carers Centre

Who are we?  We are a voluntary organisation that provides a range of high quality services and support to unpaid carers living in Renfrewshire.

Are you a carer?  A Carer is someone who looks after a family member, whether it be a husband, wife, partner, mum, dad, child, brother, sister, or help a friend who may be ill, disabled, elderly or frail.

What do we provide? We provide information and advice on a variety of issues that are important to carers.  These include information on specific illnesses or conditions, welfare benefits, respite care and carers rights.  The motto for information and advice is "if we don't know, we'll find out, or find someone who does"!

A Listening Ear Sometimes, the only help a carer needs is to be given the opportunity to talk to someone who is happy to listen to them and who understands what they have to say.
